GLOW is a community-driven organization dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space for femme-identifying and LGBTQIA+ gamers, streamers, and content creators. We aim to empower individuals in gaming through networking, collaboration, and host workshops to level up your streaming journey by fostering connections both online and offline. We have over 1,700+ members on Discord and 5,000+ followers across social platforms.

  • Worked with Hero Journey Club, Streambee, 1000 Dreams Fund, Artists for Palestine, Women In Gaming NYC, GUMBO NYC, and OS NYC, enhancing visibility and impact through strategic partnerships.

📍 Overview: Hosted GLOW’s inaugural in-person networking event in partnership with OSNYC Gaming Bar, GUMBO Collective and Women in Gaming NYC, bringing together femme & LGBTQIA+ gamers for a night of connection, gaming, and community building. The event successfully increased engagement, grew the GLOW community, and secured a recurring partnership with the venue.
